They aren't intentionally 'pentagrams'..lol...but they do look like that :)
They are mince pies...a traditional 'fruit pie' we eat at Christmas.

Mmmmm oh my those mince pies bring back memories of my mum's Christmas mince pies. And all the other lovelies she made, like eccles cakes and homemade marzipan...
